Matt Rippy is an American actor, voice artist, writer and director living in the UK. He has over 40 television and film credits. Rippy is best known for the recent Netflix series Glória, the ‘real’ Captain Jack Harkness in Torchwood and his comic stage performances with the Reduced Shakespeare Company.
